Extremely rare 1,104 carat Emerald on the Auction block

Known as the Polly Emerald, the exceptionally rare 1,104-carat emerald is heading to the auction block on August 29 when it will be offered by GovernmentAuction.com

It was recently valued by a GIA certified appraiser at $454,000 and there is no reserve price at the lot.
